I was so impressed by you as a speaker and what you taught me in this course and you deserve the praise given. You are a wonderful, motivating speaker and two days later I am still going through my notes and revisiting areas you discussed, and laughing when I recall the personal experiences in your own life you used, to emphasize points. The stewardess one was great!
I found you to be a dynamic, personable, and inspirational speaker. You kept my attention sharp throughout the day and I loved how you used examples from your own life when discussing the various topics you covered. Your energy and enthusiasm is contagious and it has been awhile since I have had such an enjoyable day. I would like to thank you for that.
I have been to a few seminars and workshops where the focus is to teach skills that can assist in effectively dealing with ‘difficult’ people, but they did not discuss how certain behavious each of us may be exhibiting could in fact contribute to the conflict, or prevent us from effectively eliminating it.
You showed me that by changing my behavior and being more aware of how I communicate with others is the key to resolving conflict in the workplace and in my personal life. I will be using some of the skills learned from you and I’m excited to see the outcome.
You know how people talk about how an event/book/person had such a positive impact on them and changed their lives in some way or changed how they look at life? You actually said this on Friday about that one book you read that changed your life. I’be always thought to myself when I hear people say that, why can’t something like that happen to me? Well, I don’t know if your course and what I learned from you will change my life, but I want to let you know Lorna, this is the first time in a few years I have even felt hopeful. Thank you.

Thank you so much for everything you taught me during the course I attended. It had a lot of information I really needed to hear.
I have discussed the information with some of my friends and family. They were amazed to realize how true this information is, although we don’t take the time or make the effort to use it.
Your sarcasm made it really easy to be awake and alert during the whole day. The way you teach is phenomenal – seriously! I will never forget it. That is a promise I intend to keep. Thank you

I just wanted to say that when I first heard about the course on How to Handle Conflict for Women I told my company to not waste their money and now that I have taken the course, I wanted to say a heartfelt THANK YOU. I have learned so much and I can’t believe I didn’t want this. The knowledge you have given me has changed my life in more ways than one.

I went to one of your courses on How to Deal with Conflict and Emotions. I raved about you to my boss, told him about your enthusiasm and all I felt I gained from you and what a positive outlook you had considering all you’ve gone through. I would recommend your courses in a heartbeat. Before I go any further I wish to tell you one thing I learned about you – you are the most awesome and most beautiful lady I have ever met inside and out. Thank you so much for adding to my life by being there and pointing out things, some I knew, some I ignored, some I had no idea were going on in my head until I was bombarded by what you had to say. Thank you for doing what you do. Once I sang your praises to my boss he asked what other courses you teach – he would let me go to any and all courses that you are conducting. My boss is a huge supporter after seeing my attitude and I will tell everyone I work with – it is so worth the time.
You made me think, you made me laugh, you touched my heart and I so hope that you have other courses that can help me bring out the better me that really is within. I feel at this moment, better and calmer. Again, thank you

I recently attended a course with you in Ontario. Although I filled in the comment sheet at the end, I wanted to personally commend you on your facilitating. I have attended many other Conferences and I have to mention you have found your true calling! You are a natural . . . what enthusiasm! I was skeptical on what could be absorbed in a 1 day conference and was pleasantly surprised.
PS – If you felt a change in career, you would also excel at being a stand-up comedian, I haven’t chuckled so much in a long time!

I just wanted to let you know that I truly enjoyed the Conference for Women I attended in Boise. To be honest, when I originally looked at the agenda, I had planned on mainly going to a different track. Once I arrived, your dynamic personality and presentation manner drew me to your track. I truly enjoyed each of the classes you taught. I too have struggled with self-esteem issues, though I am told I cover them very well. You gave me a lot of insight into myself; insights which I think will be very helpful in both professional and personal aspects of my life. I feel both aspects are equally important in a well rounded life. I would be very interested in the articles you spoke about. If you have any other reading materials you recommend they would be greatly appreciated also. Thank you again.
